- We are able to ship worldwide*! The shipping tax will be calculated at checkout as it depends on your country.
- 🚚 FAST SHIPPING! 🚚 1-3 DAYS PROCESSING TIME.
- We are not responsible of any importation tax charged outside the EU. Please check with your country policies with the EU beforehand.
- Two shipping methods are available:
🌸 Unregistered mail (without tracking): Your items will be sent via ordinary letter. The estimated arrival times are 3-5 days for Spain, 1-2 weeks for Europe, and 2-3 weeks for the rest. Not available for the US since the tax uncertainty.
🌸 Registered mail (with tracking): Your items will be sent via registered letter with a tracking number. The estimated arrival times are 3-5 days for Spain, 1-2 weeks for Europe, and 2-3 weeks for the US and the rest. Registered mail may be a bit quicker than unregistered mail.

We accept payments by credit card and also by PayPal.
🌸 How long does it take for my order to be processed?
If the item is in stock, we are able to process and ship your order in 1-3 days! The shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
🌸 My order is missing, what should I do?
Please, understand that once I send your order I have no control over it! If your order has been sent through registered mail, please contact Correos Spain with your tracking number so they can provide some assistance. If you haven’t received your order by the estimated arrival time, please wait twice that period and, if it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us to arrange a solution.

Your order may be refundable, although there are some items exempt from being returned. Feel free to check our Refund and Returns Policy.
🌸 What if my order has been returned?
If your order has been returned, please make sure that you have provided the correct deliverable address. We are happy to re-send your package, however, you must cover the shipping fee.
